IR3840W is an easy-to-use, fully integrated and highly efficient DC/DC synchronous Buck regulator. It features wide input voltage range, wide output voltage range, high load capability and high efficiency.
The IR3840WMPbF is a fully integrated, synchronous buck regulator designed for low‑output‑voltage applications. It offers greater than 96 % efficiency, a wide input range of 1.5 V to 16 V, and programmable switching frequencies from 250 kHz up to 1.5 MHz.
The device includes multiple protection functions such as thermal shutdown, over‑current limit, and enable‑input monitoring. It is supplied in a 5 mm × 6 mm QFN package and is RoHS‑compliant, making it suitable for server, storage, telecom and other point‑of‑load power architectures.
