The APW7046 is a power controller that supports three regulated voltage outputs, including VCORE (1.15~1.50V), VMEM (2.40~3.15V) and VTT (1.25V). It adopts a single-loop control design and supports voltage-mode PWM control. The product has excellent output voltage regulation performance and fast transient response. It has built-in feedback compensation function and supports 0%~100% duty ratio control. In addition, the product also integrates over-voltage and over-current fault monitoring functions. The operating frequency is 200kHz and it uses a 24-pin SOIC package. The product is mainly used in mainboard DDR, AGP/PCI graphics card power regulation areas.
