This document is the DFE-2600 Series Web-based Management User's Guide, which describes the management features and configuration options of this series of intelligent Hubs. Users can manage the switch using a standard browser through the embedded web interface.
This guide provides instructions for using the embedded web‑based interface of the DFE‑2600 dual‑speed stackable hub. It covers initial setup, browser requirements, and how to access the management pages via a standard web browser such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The manual details configuration screens for system information, IP interface parameters, SNMP trap receivers, software download options, intrusion control, and backup port settings, allowing administrators to fully manage and secure the hub from a web browser.
