The T409/T419/T429 series are high‑reliability military‑grade tantalum capacitors offered in nine case sizes (A‑X). Each size is available with various voltage ratings, capacitance values and termination finishes such as gold‑plated, hot‑solder‑dipped, solder‑plated or solder‑fused. The parts meet MIL‑PRF‑55365/4 and /11 specifications and operate from –55 °C to +125 °C.
The bulletin provides detailed mechanical dimensions, electrical ratings, part‑number construction rules, ordering information, and packaging options (tape‑and‑reel or bulk). It also lists reliability levels based on Weibull failure rates and surge‑current options for different applications.

The series offers four termination finishes: B – gold plated, C – hot solder dipped, H – solder plated, and K – solder fused.
The T409 series provides voltage ratings of 4 V, 6 V, 10 V, 15 V, 20 V, 25 V, 35 V and 50 V depending on the case size and termination.
