MAX1076/MAX1078 are low-power, high-speed, serial-output, 10-bit, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate at up to 1.8Msps and have an internal reference
The MAX1076 (unipolar) and MAX1078 (bipolar) are single‑supply, low‑power, 10‑bit analog‑to‑digital converters that operate up to 1.8 Msps. They feature true‑differential inputs, an internal 4.096 V reference, and a standard SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE serial interface, making them suitable for industrial process control, motor control, and base‑station applications.
The devices are supplied in a 12‑pin thin‑QFN package, support both commercial (0 °C to +70 °C) and extended (‑40 °C to +85 °C) temperature ranges, and include partial and full power‑down modes with shutdown currents as low as 1 pA. Detailed electrical, timing, and performance specifications are provided for design integration.
