This document describes the technical data and features of T-1 (3 mm) high intensity LED lamps, including high intensity, choice of 3 bright colors (high efficiency red, yellow, and high performance green), popular T-1 diameter package, selected minimum intensities, narrow viewing angle, general purpose leads, reliable and rugged design, and availability on tape and reel.
The HLMP‑132x, HLMP‑142x, and HLMP‑152x series are T‑1 (8 mm) high‑intensity LED lamps offered by Agilent Technologies. They provide three bright colors—red, yellow, and green—with narrow viewing angles and are available in bulk or tape‑and‑reel packaging. The lamps are designed for applications that require higher on‑axis intensity than standard LEDs, with options for untinted, micro‑tinted, and various lead configurations.
Key electrical characteristics include peak forward currents of 90 mA (red), 60 mA (yellow), and 90 mA (green), typical forward voltages around 1.9‑2.7 V at 10 mA, and operating temperature ranges from –55 °C to +100 °C. Absolute maximum ratings, luminous intensity, and color bin limits are detailed for each color variant, along with mechanical and packaging options.
