TPA152 is a 75mW stereo audio power amplifier with features including high-fidelity line-out/HP driver, PC power supply compatibility, pop reduction circuitry, internal mid-rail generation, thermal and short-circuit protection.
The TPA152 stereo audio power amplifier delivers up to 75 mW per channel into a 32‑Ω load with less than 0.1 % THD+N at 1 kHz. It is intended as an output buffer for audio CODECs in PC systems and for high‑performance headphone or line‑out applications. The device includes integrated depop circuitry to reduce transients during power‑up, power‑down and mute, and gain is set externally with two resistors per channel.
Key features include internal mid‑rail generation, thermal and short‑circuit protection, surface‑mount 8‑pin SOIC packaging, and a wide operating temperature range. The datasheet provides absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, DC and AC electrical characteristics, and typical performance curves such as THD+N versus output power and frequency.
| Output Power (per channel) | 75 mW |
|---|---|
| THD+N at 1 kHz | <0.1 % |
| Input Impedance | >1 MΩ |
