About this manual

The TPA751 is a bridge‑tied‑load (BTL) audio power amplifier designed for low‑voltage applications such as battery‑powered equipment. It operates from 2.5 V to 5.5 V supplies and can deliver 250 mW continuous (700 mW peak) into an 8 Ω load while maintaining less than 0.6 % THD+N across the voice band.

The device includes a shutdown mode with an ultra‑low supply current of 1.5 nA, thermal and short‑circuit protection, and is available in three surface‑mount packages: 8‑pin SOIC, PowerPAD™ MSOP and MicroStar‑Junior™ BGA (3 × 3 mm).
