The ADP120 is a low quiescent current, CMOS linear regulator with an input voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V, an output voltage range of 1.2V to 3.3V, and an output current of 100mA.
The ADP120 linear regulator operates from 2.3 V to 5.5 V and provides up to 100 mA of output current. It features ultra‑low quiescent current (11 pA), a shutdown current below 1 pA, a 60 mV dropout at 100 mA, high PSRR (73 dB at 1 kHz) and low output noise (40 pV rms). The device is offered in a 5‑lead TSOT package or a 4‑ball 0.4 mm pitch WLCSP, both optimized for minimal board area.
Typical applications include mobile phones, digital cameras, audio devices and other battery‑powered equipment. The datasheet provides detailed specifications, pin descriptions, thermal data, recommended capacitor selections and an ordering guide for the various voltage options.
