TSB15LV01 is a video signal processor integrated with a 1394 link layer controller from TI. It supports multiple CCD sensors and can be used in PC video camera, video conferencing, video capture, still picture capture, set-top boxes, video phone, gaming, webcam, robot, security and other fields.
The TSB15LV01 integrates a video signal processor and an IEEE‑1394a link‑layer controller, enabling full‑motion color cameras to transfer non‑compressed video at up to 30 fps over a 400 Mbits/s serial bus. It supports YUV 4:1:1, YUV 4:2:2, YUV 4:4:4, and RGB 24‑bit formats and works with CCD sensors up to 640 × 480 pixels.
The device is offered in several TQFP packages (80‑pin) with different eco‑plan statuses (ACTIVE, NRND, etc.). It complies with the 1394 Trade Association’s Digital Camera specification Draft 1.04 and is intended for high‑volume PC applications such as video conferencing, set‑top boxes, and video phones.
