About this manual

The Turbo Plus uPSD34xx series combines a fast 8‑bit 8032 microcontroller core with a 4‑cycle instruction pipeline, dual flash memory banks and programmable logic, delivering up to 10 MIPS at 40 MHz. The device offers flexible memory management, battery‑backed SRAM and a rich set of peripherals including UARTs, SPI, I²C, USB and a 10‑bit ADC.

The handbook details the hardware architecture, pin assignments, register maps, timing diagrams and programming interfaces. It also covers power‑saving modes, watchdog timer, low‑voltage reset, and provides guidelines for USB operation, FIFO handling, and known hardware limitations.
