The LM4872 is a 1-watt audio power amplifier in a micro SMD package. It is bridge-connected and capable of delivering 1 watt of continuous average power to an 8Ω load with less than 0.2% total harmonic distortion (THD) from a 5V power supply. The LM4872 is designed for low-power portable applications and does not require output coupling capacitors or bootstrap capacitors.
