The Amprobe® TH-3 measures relative humidity and temperature. It has a long time stable accurate performance. It measures the full range of relative humidity from 0% to 100% and features an exceptionally wide ambient temperature measurement range from -20 °C (-4 °F) to 60 °C (140 °F). The sensor has a protective cover and an automatic power off function.
The Amprobe TH-3 is a handheld relative humidity and temperature meter that uses a precision capacitance sensor to provide accurate measurements across a full 0‑100 % RH range and –20 °C to 60 °C temperature range. It features a dual LCD display, data‑hold, min/max, and relative reading modes, and includes a soft carrying case and sensor cover.
The instrument operates with a 9 V battery delivering up to 85 hours of continuous use, samples at 2.5 times per second, and offers a humidity response time of 180 seconds and temperature response of 10 seconds. Physical dimensions are 240 × 54 × 34 mm and it weighs about 180 g.
