About this manual

The ADL5511 is an RF envelope and TruPwr™ RMS detector that provides an output voltage proportional to the envelope of the input signal and a linear RMS output. It operates from DC to 6 GHz and is intended for applications such as power‑amplifier linearization and RMS power measurement in CDMA2000, W‑CDMA, and LTE systems.

Key features include a single‑supply range of 4.75 V to 5.25 V, 21.5 mA supply current, 130 MHz envelope bandwidth, conversion gains of 1.46 V/V (envelope) and 1.9 V/V (RMS) at 900 MHz, and operation over –40 °C to +85 °C. The device is supplied in a 16‑lead 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP package.
