About this manual

The ADL5505 TruPwr™ detector provides true RMS measurement for high‑frequency receiver and transmitter chains from 450 MHz to 6 GHz. It operates from a single 2.5 V‑3.3 V supply and draws less than 1.8 mA with no input signal.

The device features a 500 Ω nominal input impedance, rail‑to‑rail RMS output with an internal 100 Ω series resistance, and a typical conversion gain of about 1.86 V/V at 900 MHz. It is supplied in a 4‑ball wafer‑level chip‑scale package and is rated for –40 °C to +85 °C operation.
