About this manual

The ADG5412 and ADG5413 contain four independent SPST switches. They are latch‑up‑proof, support dual‑supply (+9 V to +22 V) or single‑supply (9 V to 40 V) operation, and feature low on‑resistance and fast switching suitable for audio and video signal routing. Digital inputs are 3 V‑logic compatible and no separate logic‑power pin is required.

Typical applications include relay replacement, automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio/video switching and communication systems. Key specifications are an on‑resistance of about 0.98 Ω (typ), input‑high voltage 2.0 V min, input‑low voltage 0.8 V max, ESD rating of 8 kV HBM, and a 3‑dB bandwidth up to 167 MHz.
