About this manual

The ADG5212 and ADG5213 are quad single‑pole/single‑throw (SPST) analog switches with latch‑up protection, low off‑capacitance, and low charge injection. They support both dual‑supply (+9 V to +22 V) and single‑supply (up to 40 V) operation, making them suitable for data‑acquisition, instrumentation, and video‑signal switching applications.

The datasheet provides detailed electrical specifications, absolute maximum ratings, ESD precautions, and ordering information for the devices in TSSOP and LFCSP packages. Key parameters such as on‑resistance, leakage currents, dynamic switching speed, and bandwidth are listed for multiple supply voltages.
