About this manual

The AD8001 is a low‑power, high‑speed current‑feedback amplifier designed for +5 V supplies. It offers 800 MHz bandwidth, 1200 V/µs slew rate, 10 ns settling time, and low distortion, making it suitable for video line drivers, A‑to‑D converters and other high‑speed applications.

The device is available in several package types (PDIP, SOIC, CERDIP, SOT‑23‑5) and operates over an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. It can deliver up to 70 mA output current while drawing only 5.5 mA quiescent current from a 5 V supply.
