About this manual

The AD855x family provides ultralow offset voltage (1 µV), drift (0.005 pV/°C), bias current (10‑50 pA) and rail‑to‑rail input/output swing. All devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 5 V supply and are specified for –40 °C to +125 °C industrial/automotive temperature range.

The family includes single (AD8551), dual (AD8552) and quad (AD8554) packages in MSOP, SOIC and TSSOP formats. Detailed electrical characteristics, typical performance graphs, pin configurations and ordering information are provided in the handbook.
