This document describes the features and characteristics of the Precision Low Power Single-Supply JFET amplifiers AD8625/AD8626/AD8627, including low input bias current, single-supply/dual-supply operation, rail-to-rail output, low supply current, low offset voltage, unity gain stability, etc.
The AD862x family provides precision JFET input amplifiers that operate from 5 V to 26 V single‑supply or ±2.5 V to ±13 V dual‑supply. They feature rail‑to‑rail output, very low supply current (≈630 pA/amp), ultra‑low offset voltage (≤0.5 mV) and input bias current (≈1 pA), making them suitable for photodiode transimpedance amplifiers, ATE reference drivers, battery‑powered instrumentation, automotive sensors and precision filters.
The datasheet lists detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, typical performance curves, and an ordering guide. Devices are offered in several surface‑mount packages (5‑lead SC70, 8‑lead MSOP/SOIC, 14‑lead TSSOP/SOIC) and are specified for an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.
