NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR LMH7220 Manual

LMH7220 is a high speed, low power comparator from National Semiconductor Corporation. It has a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V and an output voltage of 325 mV. It can drive a 100Ω symmetrical transmission line. LMH7220 has a propagation delay of 2.9 ns, rise and fall times of 0.6 ns, and a supply current of only 6.8 mA. It has a voltage range of 200 mV below ground, making it suitable for ground sensing applications. LMH7220 is available in both 6-pin SOT and SC-70 packages.
