The HTS5000W is a DVD Home Theater System that combines a DVD player, surround‑sound speakers, a subwoofer and a wireless rear‑speaker receiver. It is designed for home entertainment with support for DVD, CD, VCD, DivX, USB media and radio playback.
This manual explains how to place and connect the speakers, set up the system with a TV, use the remote control, operate disc and USB playback, adjust audio/video settings, and resolve common problems such as power issues, picture distortion, or remote‑control failures.

Remove the fuse cover, take out the old fuse, and install a BS1362 5 Amp approved fuse before refitting the cover.
The blue wire is neutral (N) and the brown wire is live (L).
Use a micro‑fibre cleaning cloth and wipe the disc from the centre to the edge in a straight line; do not use solvents.
