The AD9221/AD9223/AD9220 family provides high‑performance, 12‑bit analog‑to‑digital conversion in a single‑chip solution. All three devices share the same pinout and package options, while differing in maximum sampling rate and power consumption, allowing designers to select the part that best fits their application.
Each converter includes an on‑chip sample‑and‑hold amplifier, programmable voltage reference, and digital error‑correction logic. The devices support both single‑ended and differential inputs, offer an out‑of‑range indicator, and can operate from a single 5 V supply with low power dissipation.
