NATIONAL SEMICONDUCTOR LP3985 handbook

LP3985 is a micropower, 150mA low-noise ultra low-dropout CMOS voltage regulator designed for portable and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. It delivers ultra low noise, extremely low dropout voltage, and low quiescent current optimized for battery powered systems. It has good power supply rejection and is suitable for low input voltage levels common to battery operated circuits. It is an ideal choice for mobile phone and similar battery powered wireless applications.
