TEXAS INSTRUMENTS -TMP441 TMP442 handbook

This document introduces the features and characteristics of the TMP441 and TMP442 temperature sensors. These two products are packaged in SOT23-8 and have a maximum error of ±1°C for the remote diode sensor and a maximum error of ±1°C for the local temperature sensor. They also include automatic beta compensation, series resistance elimination, and η factor correction functions. Both products use the SMBus™ serial interface and support multiple interface addresses. They also have diode fault detection functions.
