The MAX8537/MAX8539 are a DDR and combiner power-management solution from Texas Instruments that offers three outputs: the main memory voltage (VDDQ), the tracking sinking/sourcing termination voltage (VTT), and the termination reference voltage (VTTR).
The MAX8537, MAX8538 and MAX8539 are dual‑synchronous buck controllers designed for DDR memory power supplies, point‑of‑load tracking, and other high‑performance applications. They operate with a constant‑frequency voltage‑mode architecture and feature an internal 25 MHz high‑bandwidth error amplifier for fast transient response.
The devices support a wide input range, adjustable output voltage, independent enable and power‑good pins, and a variety of protection features such as over‑current, over‑voltage, and UVLO. Detailed pin descriptions, electrical characteristics, and typical performance graphs are provided for design reference.
