It offers high tensile, shear and peel adhesion while resisting solvents, moisture and plasticiser migration.
The sheet provides physical properties (thickness, foam density, release liner, colour), performance data (peel adhesion, static shear strength, tensile strength, temperature limits) and recommended surface preparation steps. Proper cleaning, drying and, when needed, sealing or priming of substrates are essential for optimal bond strength.

Surfaces should be clean, dry and well unified; typical cleaning solvents are isopropyl alcohol/water mixture or heptane, and sealing or priming may be required for porous or certain metal substrates.
The tape has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in its original cartons at 20 °C and 50 % relative humidity.
The tape provides a 90° peel adhesion of 35 N per 10 mm at room temperature after a 72‑hour cure.
