This manual introduces the safety precautions, product confirmation and precautions, installation, wiring, operation panel and operation of the SANKEN universal inverter.
This manual covers the safe handling, installation, wiring, and operation of the Sanken VMO5 general‑frequency transformer. It includes detailed safety warnings, required grounding, MCCB selection, and procedures for starting, stopping, and troubleshooting the unit.
The document also lists technical data such as voltage series, frequency ranges, and version requirements, and provides guidance on environmental limits, maintenance, and inspection tasks. This manual is written in Japanese.
| Voltage Series | 400 V |
|---|---|
| Frequency Range (low mode) | 2.2 kHz – 315 kHz |
| Maximum Frequency (low) | 75 kHz |
| Maximum Frequency (high) | 90 kHz |
| Required Firmware Version | 3.20 or later |
Use the specified screws and firmly mount the transformer on a metal plate, ensure proper grounding, install a correctly rated MCCB on the power side, and disconnect power before any maintenance.
Connect the power side through an MCCB that matches the transformer’s rated capacity and ensure the grounding terminal is properly bonded.
The unit must not be used in high temperature, low temperature, or high humidity environments, nor near flammable gases, dust, or at altitudes above 1000 m.
