The ISL6504 and ISL6504A are multiple linear power controllers with ACPI control interface, designed for microprocessor and computer applications. They integrate three linear regulators and provide four ACPI‑controlled output voltages.
The devices support 3.3 V, 5 V, 1.2 V VID and 1.5 V outputs, feature undervoltage monitoring, fault reporting, and are available in 16‑lead SOIC or 20‑lead 6×6 mm QFN packages. Absolute maximum ratings, recommended operating conditions, and detailed pin descriptions are included.
