About this manual

The ISL80102/ISL80103 family are low‑voltage, high‑current LDO regulators designed for 2 A (ISL80102) and 3 A (ISL80103) output currents. They operate from 2.2 V to 6 V input and provide fixed or adjustable output voltages from 0.8 V to 5 V. Key features include low quiescent current, fast load‑transient response, 65 dB typical PSRR, and integrated protection such as short‑circuit and over‑temperature shutdown.

Typical applications cover DSP, FPGA, micro‑processor core supplies, noise‑sensitive instrumentation, switched‑mode power‑supply post‑regulation, industrial and medical equipment. The devices are offered in a 10‑lead 3 × 3 mm DFN package and are RoHS‑compliant.
