About this manual

The ISL9014A dual LDO provides two independent low‑dropout regulators with output currents up to 300 mA. It features ultra‑low quiescent current, excellent transient response, and high power‑supply rejection (70 dB at 1 kHz). Separate enable pins allow independent control of each regulator.

The device operates from a 2.3 V to 6.5 V input range and is specified for –40 °C to +85 °C ambient temperature. It is supplied in a 3 × 3 mm DFN package and includes a reference bypass pin for noise‑filter tuning.

Frequently asked questions

What is the quiescent current when both LDOs are active?

The typical quiescent current is only 45 µA with both LDOs enabled.

How many enable pins does the ISL9014A have?

It has separate enable pins (EN1 and EN2) for each LDO.

What is the maximum continuous output current per channel?

Each LDO can continuously source up to 300 mA.

What is the shutdown current of the device?

In shutdown the device draws less than 0.1 µA.
