About this manual

The ISL9011A is a high‑performance dual low‑dropout regulator that provides two independent LDO channels (VO1 and VO2). Channel 1 can source up to 150 mA, while channel 2 can source up to 300 mA, both with low noise and high PSRR.

The device operates from a 2.3 V to 6.5 V supply, features a typical quiescent current of 45 µA, and includes separate enable pins, soft‑start, current‑limit and over‑heat protection. It is supplied in a 3 × 3 mm DFN package and is RoHS‑compliant.
