This document describes the features and characteristics of a product. The product incorporates the ARM7TDMI® ARM® Thumb® processor core, which has a high-performance 32-bit RISC architecture and a high-density 16-bit instruction set. It also features 256K bytes of on-chip static random access memory (SRAM) and 1024K words of 16-bit flash memory. The product also includes a fully programmable external bus interface, an interrupt controller, a timer/counter, USARTs, and other features. Additionally, the product has advanced power-saving features and can operate within a wide temperature range.
