ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435/ADR439 are low noise XFET voltage references with current sink and source capability, produced by Analog Devices.
The ADR43x family (ADR430, ADR431, ADR433, ADR434, ADR435, ADR439) provides ultralow‑noise XFET voltage references with built‑in source and sink currents. Features include low 0.1 Hz‑10 Hz noise (3.5 µV p‑p), no external capacitor, low temperature coefficient (A‑grade 10 ppm/°C, B‑grade 3 ppm/°C), and wide supply voltage ranges.
The devices are supplied in 8‑lead MSOP and narrow‑SOIC packages and operate over an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +125 °C. Detailed electrical characteristics for each model are listed, covering output voltage, accuracy, line and load regulation, quiescent current, and ripple rejection.
| Low noise (0.1 Hz‑10 Hz) | 3.5 µV p‑p |
|---|---|
| Source current | +30 mA |
| Sink current | ‑20 mA |
| Operating temperature range | ‑40 °C to +125 °C |
| Supply voltage range (ADR430) | 4.1 V to 18 V |
| Supply voltage range (ADR435) | 7.0 V to 18 V |
| Typical output voltage (ADR430 A‑grade) | 2.045 V‑2.051 V (typ 2.048 V) |
| Temperature coefficient (B‑grade) | 3 ppm/°C |
The devices exhibit low noise of 3.5 µV p‑p measured from 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz.
The ADR435 operates with a supply voltage from 7.0 V up to 18 V.
Each device can source up to +30 mA and sink up to ‑20 mA of current.
B‑grade parts have a temperature coefficient of 3 ppm/°C.
