About this manual

The ADR520, ADR525, ADR530, ADR540 and ADR550 are ultra‑compact shunt voltage references offered in $C70 and SOT‑23‑3 packages. They provide low temperature drift (40 ppm/°C), excellent initial accuracy (+0.2 % to +0.4 %) and ultra‑low output noise (as low as 14 µV p‑p). The devices operate from 50 µA up to 15 mA, eliminating the need for an external compensation capacitor, which makes them ideal for portable, battery‑powered equipment and automotive power supplies.

A trim terminal on each part allows output voltage adjustment over a ±0.5 % range without affecting temperature coefficient. The datasheet includes detailed electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, thermal resistance, ESD precautions, and typical performance curves for each voltage version (2.048 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, 4.096 V, 5.0 V).
