ANALOG DEVICES ADR02 handbook

This document introduces the ADR01/ADR02/ADR03/ADR06, which are four ultracompact and precision voltage reference products. These products are characterized by low temperature coefficient, high initial accuracy, no external capacitor required, low noise, wide operating range, high output current, and wide temperature range. They are suitable for precision data acquisition systems, high resolution converters, industrial process control systems, precision instruments, and PCMCIA cards.

About this manual

The ADRO series provides ultracompact, high‑accuracy voltage references in 5‑lead SC70, TSOT and 8‑lead SOIC packages. They are suited for precision data‑acquisition systems, high‑resolution converters, industrial process control, and other precision instruments.

Key specifications include a typical output voltage of 10 V (ADRO1), 5 V (ADRO2), 2.5 V (ADRO3) and 3 V (ADRO6), initial accuracy as low as ±0.05 %, temperature coefficients down to 3 ppm/°C, and a supply voltage headroom of 2 V. The devices operate over a wide temperature range (‑40 °C to +125 °C) and require no external capacitor.
