ADR280 is a 1.2V ultralow power, high PSRR voltage reference with precision output, excellent line regulation, and high power supply ripple rejection. It is designed for applications such as GSM, GPRS, and 3G mobile stations.
The ADR280 is a 1.2 V band‑gap voltage reference designed for applications with heavy dynamic supply variations. It delivers excellent line regulation (2 ppm/V typical), high power‑supply ripple rejection (‑80 dB at 220 Hz), ultralow supply current (16 pA max) and low noise (12.5 nV/√Hz typical). The device operates from 2.4 V to 5.5 V and is available in compact 3‑lead SOT‑23 and SC70 packages, rated for –40 °C to +85 °C.
Typical applications include GSM/GPRS/3G mobile stations, portable battery‑operated electronics, low‑voltage converter references and other wireless devices. The datasheet provides pin configurations, electrical characteristics, absolute maximum ratings, performance graphs, theory of operation, and ordering information.
