About this manual

The REF19x series includes the REF195 precision band‑gap voltage reference. It provides a stable 5 V output with an initial accuracy of ±2 mV, a temperature coefficient of 5 ppm/°C, and a low‑dropout voltage. The device operates from supplies as low as 100 mV above the output and consumes only 45 µA in normal mode, dropping to 15 µA in sleep mode.

Typical applications are portable instruments, ADCs/DACs, smart sensors, solar‑powered systems and loop‑current‑powered instruments. The REF195 is offered in 8‑lead SOIC, PDIP and TSSOP packages, with ordering options for tape and reel.
