About this manual

The ADP3301 is a precision low‑dropout (LDO) regulator from Analog Devices featuring anyCAP™ technology that allows stable operation with any type of output capacitor, even as low as 0.47 µF. It offers high accuracy (±0.8 % at 25 °C), ultralow dropout (100 mV typical at 100 mA), low shutdown current (1 pA) and integrated current and thermal limiting.

Designed for portable and battery‑powered equipment, the device operates from 3 V to 12 V input and supports multiple fixed output voltages. It includes an error flag, shutdown pin, and dropout detector for robust system monitoring. The thermally enhanced SO‑8 package provides a low 96 °C/W thermal resistance without requiring a heatsink.
