ADP1752/ADP1753 is a low dropout linear regulator with a maximum output current of 0.8 A and an input voltage range of 1.6 V to 3.6 V. It features low shutdown current, very low dropout voltage, high PSRR, and excellent load and line transient response. The product is suitable for applications such as server computers, memory components, telecommunications equipment, network equipment, and DSP/FPGA/microprocessors.
The ADP1752 and ADP1753 are CMOS LDO regulators that operate from 1.6 V to 3.6 V and provide up to 800 mA of output current. They feature very low dropout (70 mV at 0.8 A), high PSRR, low noise, and integrated protection functions such as current‑limit, thermal shutdown, reverse‑current protection and a power‑good indicator.
These devices are supplied in a 16‑lead 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package, making them suitable for space‑constrained designs. Typical applications include server computers, memory modules, telecommunications, networking equipment, DSP/FPGA supplies and instrumentation systems.
