The AD5280/AD5282 are single-channel and dual-channel, 256-position, digitally controlled variable resistors (VR)2. The devices perform the same electronic adjustment function as a potentiometer, trimmer, or variable resistor. They can be programmed to generate the desired output voltage or current, as required.
