Analog Devices 7B33 Signal Conditioning Module Handbook

The 7B33 module is a signal conditioning module for industrial signal conditioning. The module has the characteristics of small size, low cost and wide output voltage range, which is suitable for various applications, including process control and factory floor environment. The single-channel 7B modules accept inputs from a range of transducers and are fully rated over the extended -40oC to +85oC industrial temperature range.

About this manual

The 7B33 is a single‑channel signal‑conditioning module that interfaces, amplifies and filters unipolar voltage inputs, providing a precision output of either +1 V to +5 V or 0 V to +10 V. It offers up to 1500 V rms continuous common‑mode isolation, 120 V rms input protection, and a power‑supply range of +14 V to +35 V DC. The module is hot‑swappable and can be mixed‑and‑matched with other 7B series modules without disrupting system power.

The handbook includes functional block diagrams, pin‑out tables, mechanical dimensions, environmental ratings, and ESD precautions. It also lists the available model variants, their input/output ranges, bandwidths, and other key electrical characteristics needed for integration into process‑control or factory‑floor systems.
