ANALOG DEVICES AD7142 handbook

This document describes the features and characteristics of the AD7142 Rev. A programmable controller for capacitance touch sensors. These include a 36ms update rate, better than 1 fF resolution, 14 capacitance sensor input channels, automatic conversion sequencer, on-chip automatic calibration logic, automatic compensation for environmental changes, and automatic adaptive threshold and sensitivity levels.
