Analog Devices AD8611/AD8612 Datasheet

AD8611/AD8612 are ultrafast, single-supply comparators with a propagation delay of 4 ns and single-supply operation. They are suitable for high-speed timing, clock recovery and clock distribution, line receivers, digital communications, phase detectors, high-speed sampling, read channel detection, PCMCIA cards, zero-crossing detection, high-speed analog-to-digital converters (ADC), and upgrades for LT1394 and LT1016 designs.

About this manual

The AD8611 and AD8612 are ultrafast 4 ns propagation‑delay comparators with latch function and complementary outputs. They operate from a single supply of 3 V to 5 V and are suited for high‑speed timing, clock recovery, line‑receiver, and digital‑communication applications.

The document provides pin configurations for SOIC, MSOP and TSSOP packages, absolute maximum ratings, typical performance curves, and detailed electrical specifications such as offset voltage, input bias current, supply current, and power‑supply rejection ratio.
