This EC Declaration of Conformity is issued by ABB Automation Technologies AB for its ACS550, ACS350 and ACS800 frequency converters used together with 3‑phase EEx nA II T3 and dust‑ignition‑protected induction motors. The document lists the motor frame sizes, temperature classes and the applicable ATEX categories.
The products are declared compliant with Council Directives ATEX 94/9/EC, EN 50014, EN 60079‑15, EN 50281‑1‑1, EN 61241‑1 and IEC 61241 series. Conditions include a motor loading derating curve, required temperature measurement devices, and ambient temperature limits of –20 °C to +40 °C.
