About this manual

The DS4625 provides two LVPECL clock outputs that can be enabled or disabled via an active‑high OE pin with an internal pull‑up resistor. It operates from a single +3.3 V ±10 % supply and works over a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Standard output frequencies include 100 MHz, 125 MHz, 150 MHz, 156.25 MHz, and 200 MHz, with custom options available.

The device combines an AT‑cut crystal, an oscillator, and a low‑noise PLL in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm LCCC package. Electrical characteristics such as output current, jitter, and phase‑noise are specified, and detailed pin descriptions and typical application circuits are provided.
