The reel specification sheet describes the physical dimensions and tolerances for the QFN-24 package tape. It lists the overall length (13.0 mm) and width (4.0 mm) with their respective tolerance values.
Two feed orientations are defined: a standard feed with the device oriented to the right, and a reverse feed with the device oriented to the left. Each orientation includes the required direction of feed for the tape handling equipment. This manual is written in Chinese.
