This document supplies packaging information for the Torex QFN-20 chip package, including reference pattern layout dimensions measured in millimetres. It lists the key geometric parameters needed for PCB design and mask creation.
The package does not have a chamfer because the lead side is not plated, and a reference metal mask design is included for manufacturing guidance. This manual is written in Chinese.
