User manual for a 128×64 dot matrix LCD module with Chinese character library, covering hardware interface, commands and display coordinates.
The 128×64 LCD module provides a graphical display capable of showing Chinese characters and graphics. It contains 8192 built‑in Chinese characters (16×16 dots), 128 ASCII characters (8×16 dots) and a 64×256‑dot GDRAM. The module can be connected to a microcontroller via either an 8‑bit parallel bus or a serial interface.
The manual describes the pin functions, power requirements, command set, display coordinate mapping, and procedures for writing to DDRAM, CGRAM and GDRAM. It also explains how to control cursor, scrolling, sleep mode and graphic drawing functions. This manual is written in Chinese.
