User manual for the Endress+Hauser Promass63 mass flowmeter covering installation, operation, specifications and communication.
About this manual
The Promass63 is a Coriolis‑based mass flowmeter that can measure liquid or gas mass flow, density and temperature. It offers high accuracy (±0.1 % for liquid mass flow, ±0.5 % for gas) and a wide range ratio of 1000 : 1, making it suitable for many process industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas.
The device features a compact, IP67‑rated housing, optional HART‑enabled current output, RS485 communication, and built‑in self‑diagnostics. Installation is flexible with rotatable mounting, and the system includes a Pt100 temperature sensor for temperature compensation. The manual provides detailed guidance on installation, zero‑point calibration, safety, and maintenance. This manual is written in Chinese.
